Hello friends! If you've been hearing about Lent, like me, here's a little scoop God gave me this morning!
In our study guide from She Reads Truth, this week, we are encouraged to read Chronicles, which my friend, is in part, a huge, long list of geneologies. But as I read, I was heartened by seeing the heart of the Father, as I recounted each name on the census. All of these people, we're known by Him. Some chose to know Him in return, some did not, but he still knew and deeply loved each one. AND, in Ch 4 vs 9-10, we get a glimpse of how he would have wanted to bless EACH one, if only they would ask.... Jabez, right!?
Born in sorrow. his poor mother named him Sorrow! But Jabez called on the name of the God of Israel, saying, "Oh, that thou would bless ME indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that your hand might be with ME, and that you would keep me from evil, that it would not grieve me!" AND GOD GAVE him that which he requested.
GOD, YOU GIVE. Thank you for your lavish giving! Jabez asked. You gave. We ask. You give…above and beyond what we can ask or even think!
Lent, in many churches, is observed by people choose to "give up" something during the 40 days before Easter to awaken their hearts in hope. But God, You give. Let me remember all you have given for your people, and to me personally.
I feel God calling me to give for Lent. To pray for heightened awareness of the needs around me.

Almighty Infinite Father, Faithfully loving your own…we ask you boldly, Bless us indeed! Bless our families! Bless our church and our friendships! Thank you for being a giver. Help us receive ALL you have for us and be givers too! Open our eyes during this season of Lent. Help us see those you see and love with your love!

For Our Kiddos:​
*Our Kids Classes can be found in the downstairs fellowship area and classrooms - or outside on a nice day!
We have the most amazing and loving team you could ever meet! Your kiddos will absolutely LOVE it here ...and will absolutely be loved here...as well as their families!
For Our Adults:
* If you are looking for a small group to dive deep into God's Word and to provide encouragement and deep friendship, our adult classes are for YOU!
We have an Adult Class that meets upstairs in the sanctuary and a Ladies Class group in the fellowship area downstairs.

Come and worship with us! Our services are loosely structured to make room for God's leadership and direction. We usually have a mixture of choir music and some special singing of many genres including beloved hymns.
Above all, we seek to bless the Lord in all we do! There is a place for anyone here, to worship in spirit and in truth!
Dinner at 6pm
Bible Study Classes at 6:30pm
Wednesday nights can be a rush for families, so dinner is shared right here at church!
Bible Study classes for all ages begins at 6:30pm.
We love this time that allows us to connect, refocus, gather strength from God and each other...through study, prayer and fellowship.
